Benjamin Friedman focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including intellectual property and contract disputes, and has a broad range of experience with federal and state court litigation, as well as with arbitration. He was formerly associated with Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP in New York. From 2008 to 2009, Mr. Friedman served as Law Clerk to the Honorable D. Michael Fisher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and from 2005 to 2006 he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Anne E. Thompson of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York.
