Benjamin Friedman focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including intellectual property and contract disputes, and has a broad range of experience with federal and state court litigation, as well as with arbitration. He was formerly associated with Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP in New York. From 2008 to 2009, Mr. Friedman served as Law Clerk to the Honorable D.
